About Us

Blending complementary medicine with traditional for holistic healing

At Integrative Home Therapy (IHT), we recognize that true healing and wellness is achieved from addressing the whole person– body, mind and spirit.  We acknowledge that each person’s body has inherent wisdom for healing, facilitated through a variety of therapeutic techniques.

Our unique style of therapy is used to enhance: motor skills, body structure and function, activities of daily living, cognitive skills, stress reduction, pain reduction, sensory modulation, emotional regulation, weight loss, sleep,  breathing, balance, flexibility and strength.

Our goal is to help each person achieve their highest quality of life, whether rehabilitating from an injury, adapting to a disability or brain disorder, or simply improving their level of well-being.  We work one-on-one with the individual and their family to determine goals and priorities which allow for optimizing the requirements and desires of work, rest and play.

IHT blends sincere compassion with:

  • Occupational Therapy
  • Yoga Therapy
  • Pilates-based exercises
  • NDT (neurodevelopmental treatment) techniques
  • Myofacial Release methods
  • Cognitive-Behavioral concepts
  • Positive Psychology practices
  • Meditation and Breath work
